Multimedia Campaign
The Challenge:
Economic Development was looking to promote the Work in Manitoba job portal, a platform that connects job candidates across Canada and the world with opportunities here at home. The organization tapped 6P to develop and launch a campaign to spread the word to two key audiences: job seekers and employers.
The 6P Solution:
6P’s creative concept showcased diverse employees hard at work in specialized sectors, painting a picture of dynamic job opportunities. The pin graphic from the logo served as a frame for photography and a repeating visual pattern underscored the great careers available.
For the campaign landing page, we created a clean design that presented Manitoba as an attractive, modern place to work. Creative was colour-coded by audience to simplify the inventory of required ads, with a hopeful and vibrant green attracting the interest of job seekers while a professional blue inspired confidence in business leaders looking for new personnel.
After work on the landing page finished, we adapted web copy and design elements for two multichannel campaigns — one per audience — that found audiences where they were, appearing on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Search, Google Display, and Out-of-home media.
The Outcome:
In just the first two months, the two campaigns generated a total of 20.8 million impressions, more than 82,000 ad clicks, and over 70,000 views to the landing page. Thousands of job seekers and hundreds of businesses created profiles on the Work in Manitoba job portal, establishing the platform as a reliable source for new hires and good jobs.
