Genstar is in the process of developing two new Winnipeg communities: Bonavista and Devonshire Park. The company needed a multimedia campaign to raise awareness about these communities’ advantages, with the end goal of selling construction-ready lots to prospective homeowners and builders.
The 6P Solution:
6P created an ongoing, year-round Google campaign (which includes remarketing) for both communities. These ads send users to customized landing pages and are updated on a regular basis to optimize results. 6P also supports Genstar’s participation in the spring/fall Parade of Homes by tailoring the Google campaign at these times to highlight Parade of Homes branding and its associated landing pages. As well, 6P designs all Genstar ads for the Parade of Homes magazines. Winnipeg Free Press ads also run year-round (and are suitably tailored during the Parade of Homes events). Additional 6P deliverables include the requisite pageantry (e.g., community entrance signage, flags, banners) and a promotional video. We also storyboard and direct all photoshoots on behalf of the client.
The client is satisfied with the results of this continuing campaign. Notably, 6P won an award for our fall 2019 Parade of Homes entry into the Advertising Association of Winnipeg’s Signature Awards (category: print single featuring Bonavista).
