Don’t feel pressured to transform everything overnight. Start by testing AI on a simple, manageable task: drafting a blog outline, summarizing meeting notes, or creating quick social post variations. Pick one goal, track whether AI saves you time or improves quality, then expand from there.

2. Pick the Right Tool for the Job

Free tools like ChatGPT are fantastic for quick drafts, brainstorming, or idea generation. But for businesses that need secure, company-wide use, Microsoft Copilot offers an added layer of protection and integrates right into Microsoft 365 apps your team already uses. Think about your security needs and how your team works, and choose the tool that fits best.

3. Keep Your Brand Voice Intact

AI-generated content can save time but it shouldn’t publish itself. Always review and edit drafts to make sure they match your tone, messaging, and audience expectations. AI should help you sound more like you — not like everyone else.

4. Real Example: How We Used AI to Extend Our Webinar

When we hosted our AI in Action webinar, the goal was to help businesses see what’s possible with AI — but we didn’t stop there. After the event, we used AI tools to quickly turn that one webinar into multiple valuable assets:

  • We generated a complete FAQ document answering audience questions we couldn’t cover live.
  • We used AI to produce a clean, time-stamped transcript of the recording.
  • We tested a YouTube summarizer to show viewers how to get a quick recap without rewatching the whole thing.
  • We turned those insights into this blog post — which you’re reading right now!

In other words, a single live event became:

  • A replay video for those who missed it
  • Downloadable resources for attendees
  • A how-to for using an AI summarizer
  • A blog post to reach even more people

It’s a simple example of how AI helps marketing teams stretch a single piece of content into multiple touchpoints — faster, with less manual effort.
