6P Marketing Appoints Carisa Laturnus as Creative Director, Steve Bamburak as COO

WINNIPEG, May 28, 2024 – 6P Marketing, a full-service marketing agency specializing in strategic planning, advertising and digital marketing, announces the appointment and promotion of Carisa Laturnus to the role of Creative Director. Reporting to 6P Marketing’s COO, Steve Bamburak, Laturnus will lead the agency’s Creative Services, including graphic design, web design and development, content, and copywriting.

“Carisa brings a wealth of creative insight and problem-solving to the position. Over her twenty-five-plus years of experience, Carisa has consistently supported clients with innovative solutions based on strong design and business fundamentals,” said Bamburak. “Her deep understanding of design and track record of creative leadership will now prove invaluable in ensuring our creative work fulfills client needs.”

In her new role, Laturnus works closely with Directors across the agency, pushing creative limits to ensure client satisfaction and deepen relationships.

Laturnus is an experienced creative director with an extensive background in conceptual design, advertising and online marketing. She serves the agency’s top clients across several sectors, including G3, Protein Manitoba, Sigfusson Northern, West End Tire, and the Eastside group of companies. She replaces Steve Bamburak, who served as Creative Director since 2018.

Bamburak will continue to serve clients in a limited capacity during a transition period into his role as COO. Overseeing all aspects of the agency’s service delivery, Bamburak will focus on product excellence and fulfillment for the team of forty across all departments, including account services, strategy, design, web development, online marketing, and media buying.
