Reporting directly to the General Manager, 6P Marketing is seeking a Chief Sales Officer who leads our business development efforts and helps our full team achieve sales & marketing growth plans. Summary of Requirements and Experience
- Post secondary degree or diploma in business, administration, or a related field, with an MBA considered an asset.
- Seven or more years of sales experience within marketing, advertising, or large consultative agency settings.
- Demonstrated success leading outbound sales efforts and converting high value prospects.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a sales team of two or more people.
- Experience developing or overseeing a marketing program that supports revenue generation.

Summary of Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the planning and achievement of agency sales targets, budget development, and marketing program oversight.
- Manage day to day sales operations including processes, pipeline management, CRM oversight, and internal sales meetings.
- Work with leadership to define product offerings, pricing models, and strategies that maximize revenue and margins.
- Build relationships with sector leaders, influencers, and decision makers in target markets.
- Conduct research, vet prospects, and develop opportunities that align with agency positioning and value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create strong, strategic responses to opportunities and ensure smooth handoff from new business wins to client services.
- Provide clear reporting, insights, and presentations for planning sessions and leadership review.
