Paul founded 6P Marketing in late 2007 after spending 10 years in various roles, starting in operations, then sales before realizing that an ad agency was where he needed to be. Paul went knocking on agency doors and ended up at a boutique design / 3D animation studio in Calgary, where he quickly gained traction and ended up helping them grow it into one of Calgary’s most respected and innovative advertising agencies – a time he refers to as his “boot camp days.” With a desire to assist larger clients, Paul joined McKim Communications before realizing that his passion was in helping both small and medium sized businesses AND larger established brands; spawning the idea for 6P.

Having been the son of a business entrepreneur and the only kid on the block with a home computer, Paul saw his passion for business and all things technology lead him to a marketing agency that now not only helps technology clients, but those in agriculture, manufacturing, construction and real estate, community development, as well as professional services. When he’s not coming up with results-oriented ways to help firms achieve their goals, Paul spends his time playing and coaching hockey, examining the human psyche via poker, cycling, and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Brent came to 6P in 2011 and has been responsible for all brand strategies and research projects since. As one of the best brand strategists in Canada, Brent has an extensive background with multiple well-known agencies, such as Cosette, Fusion, McKim, as well as Ogilvy in Vietnam and Leo Burnett in Egypt. With more than 20 years of experience, Brent brings a global perspective to Canadian marketing and helps brings clients visions to light through bold strategies and extensive research.

Since graduating from Ivey Business School in 1991, Brent has worn many hats, acting as marketing consultant, marketing director of an e-commerce company and an environmental company, account director, operations director, promotions specialist, and brand strategist. Pour Brent a scotch on the rocks some time and he might just tell you about his escape artist parrot, impart an “old saying” he just made up, or draw you the finest Grover you’ve ever seen.

Over decades in the business and nearly 40 years at the head of his own full-service firm, Deschenes Regnier, Guy’s expertise and passion for design have extended into creative direction, client relations, and much more. Guy provides service in both official languages and was a founding member of the Winnipeg chapter of the Design Professionals of Canada (previously GDC Manitoba). His team merged with 6P Marketing in 2024.

Guy keeps active in the great outdoors, cross country skiing, jogging, walking and hiking. He welcomes the continuous challenge of trying to outsmart the wildlife competing for his yard in Winnipeg’s heavily forested Wildwood Park neighbourhood. Guy also enjoys making connections to the French-speaking community in Manitoba, Quebec, Europe and everywhere.

Rob’s passion for technology and the creative arts began in middle school as he excelled in computer science, math, and art. After graduating Red River College, he grew his design skills and multi-disciplinary mindset working for an independent design studio.

As Rob’s career naturally progressed, he took on senior design and art director positions with several premier advertising and marketing firms. In 2014, Rob became a co-owner in KiK Partners Inc., allowing him to develop best practices in creative direction, team leadership, project management, and strategy. KiK’s merger with 6P brought Rob back into a larger full-service agency with exciting new opportunities for his clients and newly expanded team.

Outside of work, you’ll find Rob exploring a different art in his kitchen and home bar, experimenting with cooking and mixology techniques and flavours.

Jordena started with 6P in March 2019 after a long and varied career in media across Canada. Name a major TV or radio station, and she’s likely worked with them — Jordena has worked with over 30 TV network Brands including the launch of the Oprah Winfrey Network and Nickelodeon to Canada. She taps into her producer background when working with clients on sales integrations into media products, including her time working with Big Brother Canada and Chopped Canada developing client integrations into the show formats.

Now as 6P’s Director of Media and Digital Marketing, she brings her experience in media and integrating clients in unique ways to planning and buying traditional OOH (out-of-home), such as billboards and transit, TV, radio, industry publications and mainstream newspapers and streaming and mobile platforms. She leads a team of digital and social marketers, ensuring our clients are on platforms that make the most sense for their business goals with over 14 digital ad platforms including Google and Meta.  When she’s not at 6P, Jordena is snuggling up to her Yorkie, Teddy and hosting his friends on playdates, or baking delicious pies and raspberry chocolate brownies for the rest of us to enjoy!

Tracey has been leading our Marketing Services department since March 2014, overseeing all client relationships and projects, improving efficiency, helping to maintain client satisfaction, and much, much more. She also heads our construction and real estate sector and has managed and grown relationships with companies seeking to build their brands through websites, campaigns, logos, and more. Since Tracey started, 6P’s Marketing Services department has grown to more than four times its original size, leading Tracey to implement new processes and operations to create a well-oiled, client-satisfying machine.

Tracey graduated from Centennial College’s Marketing Management program and has over 25 years of experience in the industry, starting out as an account executive and moving into managerial and directorial positions over the years, at various agencies in Toronto and Winnipeg. When she’s not getting pulled in multiple directions during work hours, Tracey spends her time listening to just about every genre of music you can imagine. Go ahead and ask for her favourite band or song – we dare you.

Matt’s love for marketing started when he sank his teeth into his first branding project for a class assignment in university. Decades later, Matt has worked with some of the most prominent brands in the world like General Motors and McDonald’s as well as national and local brands like APTN and Steinbach Credit Union. Matt has held leadership roles at agencies in Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, and Winnipeg, and as one of 6P’s Marketing Services Directors, he helps ensure everything we do for our clients delivers business results.

A sports aficionado and avid outdoorsman, outside of work you can usually find Matt watching, coaching, or playing his favourite sports or relaxing out on the water at his family’s cabin on Lake of the Woods.

Roslyn has worked on everything from single brochure projects to full-on multi-media campaigns in the healthcare, non-profit, and professional services industries for more than 25 years. Before working agency side, she spent a decade in a large print manufacturing environment, where she learned the value of clear communication, efficiency in production and strong human connection.

Since graduating from her studies in Graphic Communications Management at Ryerson Polytechnical Institute (since renamed Toronto Metropolitan University), Roslyn has been on a continuous learning journey. She keeps active downhill-skiing, tap dancing, gardening, crafting leather, learning Italian, and pursuing her latest hobby, pouring concrete statuary. Don’t let the dress clothes fool you – she’ll be first in line to help with a project!

Steve started drawing at age 5, designing at 14, and has spent the last 20 years in the marketing industry in a creative capacity, so it’s pretty safe to say that art is in his DNA. As Creative Director, Steve is responsible for coaching and empowering 6P’s creative team to be the best creative and marketing professionals they can be, and he can often be heard encouraging the team via his all-purpose catchphrase – “That’s amazing!”

Though Steve prepared to become an engineer during high school, he knew he belonged in an agency, which led him to Red River College’s Graphic Design program and eventually onto Edge Marketing, which merged with 6P in 2015. When he’s not creating beautiful visuals through graphic design and traditional art, Steve is working on a sci-fi novel, running marathons, or practicing yoga while soaking up some sun.

Warren started his career in transportation, learning the business from the bottom up. He later transitioned into an accounting role, honing his skills by taking charge of the financials for a division of the company for eight years before coming to 6P in 2023. He’s now using his skills to manage 6P’s books and other admin systems.

Warren is a fan of the outdoors and loves staying active, waking up every weekday at 5 a.m. to work out. He counts Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, indoor climbing, fishing, and hunting among his hobbies. Known as a jokester among friends and family, Warren loves finding the humour in things.

Rick’s 30 years of industry experience led him to 6P in 2015, where his wealth of knowledge and diverse background has helped our business flourish. Starting with his Bachelor of Commerce and MBA from the University of Manitoba, Rick went on to an academic appointment at the University of Manitoba’s Continuing Education department, worked as a Management Consultant and Business Development Officer at EY, and as a Senior Partner at BDC Consulting.

Rick grew up in Brandon, Swan River, and Pine Falls, Manitoba (though he’ll deny that he ever grew up at all), and he spends his days working on his handicap on any nice golf course he can find. Or crappy golf course. Really any course where can play with and impart golf wisdom upon his grandsons.

Farimehr’s extensive, diverse experience helps her to create meaningful, impactful strategies to help companies overcome the issues behind branding and communications, while performing market research in the form of interviews, surveys, focus groups and more. Since starting with 6P in May 2017, Farimehr has been solving problems with tools such as marketing plans, brand strategies, and brand identities.

Prior to 6P, Farimehr was incredibly busy getting two master’s degrees in international business, working on marketing projects throughout Germany, the UK, and the Middle East, and finding time to move to Winnipeg and become a Canadian citizen. Though marketing steered her away from becoming a music teacher, Farimehr still flexes her vocal muscles singing in choirs, while spending much of her time volunteering to assist new immigrants as they adjust to life in Canada.

Dafne came to 6P’s strategy team in June 2019 as a seasoned business consultant with over 20 years’ experience in B2B marketing, communications, and competitive intelligence. She’s worked with dozens of brands across South, Central, and North America, using her close listening skills to quickly understand client needs and answer them with powerful and effective strategy.

Dafne holds a Bachelor of Arts and a master’s degree in communications from the University of Buenos Aires. She is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Outside of work, you can find her joking with her husband and three children, trying new recipes, restoring vintage furniture, walking her dog, and volunteering in the community.

Tamara began her career in the Vancouver film industry, directing various TV shows and large-budget commercials. Since August 2001, she has successfully led and operated Mantaray Creative as President, Lead Strategist, and Creative Director, achieving numerous award-winning campaigns and generating over $5 billion in sales for clients over 15 years. Since 2016, Tamara has served as an independent consultant, specializing in roles such as Chief Marketing Officer, Creative Director, and Investor Relations.

Tamara’s passion for finding the right tool for the job recognizes audiences’ evolving needs and expectations in today’s dynamic marketing landscape. She emphasizes the importance of foresight and technical expertise to deliver meaningful stories to the right people at the right time. When she’s not forging emotional connections between consumers and brands, you’ll likely find Tamara at the gym.

As Director of Client Strategy, Robert brings more than 15 years of industry experience to overseeing strategies for 6P’s largest clients, including G3 Canada, Manitoba Pork, Genstar, and many more. Robert started at 6P in June 2015 when his own agency, Edge Marketing, merged with 6P. Robert is also our resident agri-business leader, acting as the National Director of the Canadian Agri-Marketing Association, as well as the President of the Manitoba Chapter.

Robert graduated from Red River College’s Advertising Art program in 1999, though his business aspirations began much earlier, starting his own business at 12 years old. That initiative is alive today in Robert’s drive to work with clients on their long-term visions to help them effectively reach their objectives and business goals. When he’s not expounding wisdom about the best practices for building your agri-business brand, you might be able to find Robert camping somewhere in the mountains, but good luck getting ahold of him – he prefers the areas without cell reception.

Ben came to 6P fresh off a double major in marketing and finance from the U of M’s Asper School of Business, having gained an interest in the field learning from colleagues at a previous job. In his role as 6P’s Business Development Manager, Ben’s focus is identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, developing growth strategies, and communicating the value of the agency’s services.

Ben is a lover of music. His parents, who are music instructors, instilled in him a love for the art form itself as well as iconic artists like Billy Joel and Bob Marley. As a basketball enthusiast and a dedicated fan of the Toronto Raptors, the Winnipeg Sea Bears, and Lebron James, Ben likes to stay active playing the game himself.

Neil’s interest in graphic design (Advertising Art, as it was then called) started in Grade 10 at Lord Selkirk Regional Comprehensive Secondary School. After graduating from a three-year program at Red River College, he cut his teeth at an agricultural industry association before moving to the agency world, where he’s been for decades. Neil’s designed everything from black and white newspaper ads to print, web and motion graphics. He prides himself on the range of media he designs.

Outside of work Neil’s wife and two kids are good at keeping him out of trouble. His only vice is racing. Neil can often be found watching Formula 1 or racing radio control cars with other men in their 40s living out their childhood fantasies. He enjoys playing basketball and other sports to keep active and in shape – essential to keeping up with the kids!

Brock’s journey to 6P began with a high school love for 2D animation. While attending RRC’s Digital Media Design program to pursue it, he found himself excelling in his web courses and falling in love again. After college, Brock found a job at a web development company, where he worked before coming to us in 2022. He adores being able to solve problems for a living.

Brock is an all-around enthusiastic guy. As an avid collector, he’s gathered around 3,000 Pokémon cards, over 1,000 Magic: The Gathering cards, and over 100 Lego sets. He is a dedicated Bombers fan, enjoys running, dislikes chocolate, and strives to follow Lady Gaga’s advice to “Just Dance.” He has two cats, Miss Dixie and Lady Grace.

Following six years in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and another six years in various online marketing roles, Vitaliy moved his family from Israel to Canada and came to 6P in September 2019. As an Online Marketing Manager, he now oversees various online campaigns, as well as SEO implementation and analysis.

While in Israel, Vitaliy reached the rank of Captain in the IDF and acted as a liaison to the UN. He now spends his days in Winnipeg trading sleep for chasing around his two young daughters and his husky, Luna. Vitaliy can speak Ukrainian, Russian, Hebrew, English, and some Arabic.

Sankalp’s journey into the marketing field started during his undergrad at the Indian School of Business and Finance – the consumer psychology in his marketing courses fascinated him. After working in operations and client services with companies around New Delhi, his interest brought him here to Winnipeg, where he graduated with an MBA in Marketing from the University of Manitoba in 2020. As 6P’s Senior Marketing Services Coordinator, he offers solutions to clients while guiding their projects through our system.

In his personal time, Sankalp loves to hike and spend time outdoors, follows a wide array of sports from soccer to cricket to F1 racing, and enjoys cooking and baking new recipes at home.
He’s also known to indulge in the occasional zone-out session. Sankalp speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

One of our Marketing Services Managers, Stacey began her career in counselling and non-profits, inspired after meeting inner-city youth on a trip to LA. After years working with youth in Winnipeg, she made her shift into marketing, graduating from Red River College’s Business Administration program in 2020. She’s been planning, strategizing, and overseeing marketing programs since.

When she’s off work, you can often find Stacey cooking, trying her hand at a DIY project, or doing something daring and spontaneous. Stacey is a lover of adventure and novelty, from skydiving to road trips out of the blue-and if you need someone to chat with, you’ll find few friendlier.

Sania has amassed an impressive variety of experience since graduating from Pakistan’s Institute of Business Management in 2019, serving in PR, business development, and account management roles in Karachi’s fashion, tech, and marketing industries before coming to Canada in 2023. Now 6P’s Marketing Services Manager, Sania uses her experience working with the rest of the account team to deliver impactful projects that help clients reach their marketing goals.

When she doesn’t have her marketing hat on, Sania enjoys trying out new recipes in the kitchen, travelling to new places, watching reruns of Friends, and playing a good round of bowling. If Sania ever goes missing, you might just find her at one of Winnipeg’s Chinese hotpot places – she’s a big fan.

Imane started her career in tech with an engineering degree in computer science, later earning a Master’s in Business Management. She transitioned into marketing, where she honed her skills in client relations, campaign development, and digital performance marketing. With additional certifications in marketing and business, she joined 6P Marketing as a Marketing Services Manager. Imane now combines her technical expertise and strategic mindset to drive successful client campaigns and foster strong relationships.

She speaks Arabic, French, and English, and enjoys swimming, cycling, and traveling around the world. Imane thrives on building meaningful connections and is always eager to explore new ideas both in her professional and personal life.

Dennis has been designing and developing creative solutions for over 10 years, and received an Advanced Graphic Design Diploma from Red River College in 2010. He has established a strong sense of print and interactive media during this time, building solutions in various sectors such as retail, technology, health, hospitality, and agriculture to name a few.

Over the past year, Dennis has been working with the 6P team to successfully achieve client goals and provide solutions with excellent standards and a keen eye for design. When he’s not creating and designing, he enjoys staying active and playing sports – especially during the summer!

As one of 6P’s original team members, Crystal started in 2010 as Art Director, overseeing all graphic design, brand consistency, photography, and final production. If it doesn’t meet Crystal’s standards, it’s not going to print. Prior to her work with 6P, Crystal worked in outdoor advertising, as well as a few agencies, studios, and in corporate marketing in Calgary.

Crystal graduated from Red River College in 2004, despite her original dream of becoming a postal worker. Instead, she satisfies her love of the outdoors at her family cabin, where she goes hiking, swimming, boating, and kayaking with her two girls and spends time with her two cats, Captain Morgan and Jim Beam.

Michael’s analytical, accommodating, and enthusiastic personality is what has brought him such success in his endeavors. His current role with 6P Marketing is a dedicated Traffic Manager who excels at using proven methods and cutting-edge technology to successfully streamline projects and increase the company’s productivity.

Prior to joining 6P Marketing, Michael began his career as a Sales Representative for Honda in the Philippines, and spent six years as an Operations Manager in the Middle East. He received a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Philippines, a Project Management Diploma, and Certificate in Management from the University of Winnipeg. He has extensive knowledge of process optimization and an unsurpassed work ethic. In his spare time, Michael enjoys reading about project management, listening to music, and kicking back with some Netflix.

A creative and practical problem solver, Sarah has worked with clients including community health organizations, local businesses, associations, and larger corporations. She prides herself on finding attractive design solutions that uphold and evolve brand standards. As a member of 6P’s creative team, Sarah helps clients realize their creative visions.

Looking for Sarah outside of work? You may find her taking slo-mo recordings of her basset hound Lucy, who she describes as a “living cartoon character.” Otherwise, you’ll probably find her gardening, cooking, or exploring Winnipeg’s locally owned coffee shops with her husband and two kids.

Denis started with 6P right out of Red River College in April of 2011. Or, as he likes to put it, he interned at 6P and never left. As a graphic designer, Denis creates visual materials ranging from brand new content to completely refreshing existing brands with logos, website design, ads, and much more. Denis’ artistic appetite brought him to 6P and we’re glad he picked this career over his other choice – hairdressing.

A self-described sponge of information, Denis finds himself falling into random obsessions, which have culminated in the resident renaissance man he is today. Whether it’s cheese making, pasta making, learning the harmonica, or fine art, Denis applies the same level of artistry as he does to graphic design.

Marlo had worked over 20 years in IT-from help desk support to teaching to telecoms engineering-when one day his employer asked him to build a website. With no prior experience, he sought help from the internet and web developer friends, quickly falling in love with web development. He’s dedicated himself to that world ever since.

Born in Venezuela, Marlo lived in Mexico City for six years before coming to Winnipeg in December 2021. He loves film and hosts a Spanish-language podcast where he reviews and discusses movies that catch his eye. In Venezuela, he co-hosted a radio show on the topic. Outside of work and movie-watching, you can find Marlo listening to rock, acting as an informal counselor for friends and family, and playing board games with his daughter.

Eduard has worked as a web developer since 2012, and he prides himself on building websites for people of all abilities. He had his first exposure to web development in class studying graphic design at Red River College, and within weeks he found himself tutoring his classmates. He’s still teaching and learning over a decade later.

A fan of puzzles and neologisms, Eduard usually has a factoid ready for any topic of conversation. In his spare time, he enjoys playing Factorio on his PC, eating sushi, and teaching his daughter about life.

Jeanette has been involved with graphic design and marketing for over 25 years as an office administrator, keeping records for Deschenes Regnier since the days of 20 employees down to its merger with 6P Marketing in 2024.

In her spare time, you’ll usually find her grooming and playing with her shelties Lacey and Toby or heading out to the campground. She loves sharing DIY projects with her husband and holds her family and friends close, because life is too short! For self-therapy she enjoys baking and making jewelry. Ask her about this year’s theme, but don’t tell her family.

Zeinah took on the role of Media Coordinator after graduating from Red River College Polytechnic’s Business Administration program in 2024. Zeinah is a meticulous organizer and a restless multitasker who enjoys taking on leadership roles like managing her own car club, Cars and Coffee, which she’s run along with its social media since 2022.

In her spare time, Zeinah loves to share her positive energy with the people around her at family gatherings and car club meets, but her favourite pastimes are a bit quieter: at the end of the day, nothing beats sitting down with a good movie or book.

Donny started his career as a digital analyst at a personal finance comparison site, where he learned to run and analyze digital campaigns. After his mandatory military service back in Korea, he transitioned to a web developer role before returning to the digital marketing space.

Donny spends his free time on various activities ranging from running to cycling to tennis. You can catch him training or participating in events throughout the year. He is also the owner of a Shiba Inu he spends most of his time exploring Manitoba with.

Hannah has always been creative. A lover of music and art, she considered pursuing a music degree, but she pursued business administration instead to keep the joy in her hobby. Luckily, Hannah’s current role as Marketing Services Coordinator allows her to combine her creative passions with her stellar organizational skills and business knowledge. As a student field marketer, Hannah was fascinated by how small marketing changes can affect perceptions.

Hannah got her start in music at age seven playing piano, later branching out to the trumpet and ukulele. Among friends, she’s known for her bubbly personality and expert event planning, from birthday parties to big get-togethers. When Hannah finds herself with free time, she loves reading, painting, and watching sitcoms.

Zach came to 6P Marketing from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business, where he majored in marketing. Originally accepted into the U of M’s Fine Arts program, he made the switch out of a desire to combine his creativity with new skills from the world of business. In his role as 6P’s Marketing Services Coordinator, Zach supports the account team with project management for a variety of clients while bringing his trademark positive energy to every task.

A lover of the outdoors, one of Zach’s favourite memories is sleeping in a hammock 10 feet up in the trees while hiking by the ocean in BC. He’s also a huge movie fan, particularly enjoying slow-paced films and international cinema from directors like Russia’s Andrei Tarkovsky and Hong Kong’s Wong Kar-wai. Among friends and family, Zach is sometimes known for his love of shoes – he owns a whopping 45 pairs, keeping him ready for almost any occasion.

Reese graduated from RRC Polytech’s Communication Design course in 2023 after deciding the Graphic Design program wouldn’t be punishing enough. His sleep schedule would later regret that decision. In college he met the love of his life-letters and type design! In his final year of college he launched Tofu Type Foundry, a passion project where he releases fonts as therapy. In 2024 he joined 6P as a member of the graphic design team.

Reese enjoys sitting in a chair silently for hours on end, counting to four thousand, and listening to podcasts of paint drying. He also enjoys making sarcastic jokes almost as much as his actual hobbies, which are a bit more exciting: taking his energetic chihuahua Esco on long walks, watching classic sci-fi movies, and learning to communicate in Mandarin.
