At 6P Marketing, those two extra Ps (people and passion) are especially important to us. All of the marketing theory in the world won’t bring clients through the door or make people want to get up in the morning and come to work. We operate with a clear set of values that allows us to be as successful as possible while connecting with our work and each other on a very human level.
We truly care about the work we do for our clients because we truly care about their businesses. Our familial dynamic in the office extends to our partners, and we put in maximum effort in all that we do because of that.

While our office has grown, we’ve stayed true to our founding vision and values, and we are proud of the work that we produce and the culture that we’ve created.
A workplace for real people
We take pride in how we value work-life balance. While it may not be the industry norm, 6P team members typically work a 40-hour week, without the pressures of a strict 9-5 schedule. This lets us accommodate the ebb and flow of everyone’s life, because real life doesn’t necessarily happen on a set schedule.
Culture isn’t just ‘corporate speak’
We take our office culture very seriously at 6P. We carefully consider every key decision to figure out its impact on us as a group, and we firmly abide by the Golden Rule (treat others as you want to be treated).
That’s why we haven’t seen a lot of turn over since we began. Several of our team members have been with us for 10 or more years, while even more have been with us for 5 years or more. This has not only helped us to cultivate a familial environment where everybody cares about everybody, but it has also allowed us to develop a seamless way of working together that some might call a “well-oiled machine.”

Take one step into our office, even on the busiest day, and you won’t hear crickets. You’ll hear a vibrant group of talented individuals busy at work and enjoying each other’s company. Many of our team members have become genuine friends, and it shows.

Our team isn’t well-rounded by accident — it’s our wide range of experience and backgrounds that helps us to continually generate new ideas and challenge the marketing status quo. We have team members with 40 years of experience, while some are brand new to the workforce. We come from all walks of life, with different perspectives and a vast array of talents, all coming together under 6P’s shared vision of moving businesses forward.
