The Challenge
Conviron operates in a highly specialized industry where marketing materials need to be both technically accurate and professionally executed.
What began in 2018 as support for a product launch initiative gradually evolved into a much broader working relationship. The original engagement focused on helping structure and execute launch communications for controlled-environment agriculture products, including sell sheets, launch tactics, and supporting marketing materials. Over time, the volume of requests continued to grow across multiple departments and initiatives, from product launches and brochures to tradeshow materials, infographics, internal documents, digital assets, and sales support materials.
As marketing activity expanded over the years, the challenge became less about individual deliverables and more about managing a constant flow of projects efficiently and collaboratively.
The client needed a partner who could handle a high volume of ongoing requests, stay organized across multiple priorities, respond quickly, and operate as a true extension of the internal team without creating unnecessary process or delays.

The 6P Approach
From the beginning, we structured the relationship around responsiveness, organization, and integration with the client’s workflow.
A key part of the process is a shared live Google Sheet used to manage projects collaboratively in real time. The sheet gives both teams immediate visibility into project status, priorities, feedback, timelines, and next steps across active work. Because everyone always knows where projects stand, meetings stay quick and productive, with conversations focused mainly on refinements, approvals, and moving work forward efficiently.
Rather than introducing rigid agency systems, we adapted to the way the client already worked and built a workflow around speed, clarity, and consistency. Over time, the relationship steadily expanded to support both Conviron and its sister company, Argus, across a wide range of marketing and design needs including product brochures, technical data sheets, tradeshow materials, infographics, promotional items, digital assets, and product launch support.
The Outcome
The result has been a long-term working relationship built on reliability, responsiveness, and operational efficiency. The partnership has now surpassed 800 individual projects, with 87 completed in 2025 alone.
The client is able to manage a large and ongoing volume of marketing activity without creating unnecessary internal bottlenecks. Projects move quickly, communication stays clear, and stakeholders always have visibility into priorities and progress.
What makes the partnership successful is not a single campaign or deliverable. It is the ability to consistently support the client across hundreds of projects while fitting naturally into the way their team already operates.
Over time, 6P has become less of an outside agency and more of an extension of the internal team, providing dependable support, organized execution, and the flexibility needed to keep complex marketing activity moving forward.
